REDEFINING WHAT
STRENGTH LOOKS LIKE

Peter Iglesias — an executive, author and speaker — started Men on a Mission to challenge traditional definitions of success and open honest conversations about purpose, resilience and well-being. What began as a podcast became a movement, and in 2026 it became a foundation.

OUR VISION

A world where every man knows he is not alone and can access life-affirming support.

OUR MISSION

Men on a Mission Foundation mobilizes communities to prevent male suicide through targeted education, accessible mental health resources, and peer-supported pathways to care.

THE FOUR PILLARS OF
MEN'S OVERALL HEALTH

Men on a Mission focuses on four key areas — mental, spiritual, physical and community — creating a foundation for greater well-being, connection and purpose. Each pillar is led by people who do this work every day, alongside partner organizations.
